Cape Sebastian, Oregon, a CoastWatcher's Perspective

The two page observation reports are supposed to be turned in to CoastWatch at least quarterly.  With Cape Sebastian being so far from where we are we sometimes (usually?) do not make that schedule.  One of the side benefits of having our mile a State Park was that we figured there would not be a lot of changes anyway--so our failing to file syndrome would not really be important....   As you may have noticed--there have been lots and lots of changes to Cape Sebastian.  So we try to keep up.
